I’ll look after your home the way I look after my own.

Heat, water, power and security, inside and out: thermostat and furnace, signs of leaks or frozen pipes, sump, doors and windows, and anything you ask us to watch. You get photos after every visit.
We contact you right away with photos. With your OK, we can call and meet your plumber, fuel company or contractor.

No. Roof raking is done from the ground on reachable eaves only. Full roof shoveling can be referred to a local roofing contractor.
Plans are month to month for the season, with a simple written service agreement. Prepaying the season gets you one month free.
